    Champions League 2013/2014

Their defence and full backs are just so much better. Sent from my GT-I9300 using Tapatalk 2

    Franck Ribéry

He does work insanely hard though, I'll give him that. He leaves everything on the pitch. However, Messi is in a class of his own and Ronaldo is a machine. Sent from my GT-I9300 using Tapatalk 2

    Marquinhos

Absolutely true that , there are so many other examples of this too. Scolari definitely has his favourites and is clearly not picking players on merit. I suppose because they won the confederations cup nothing is being said but I'm surprised no one from the CBF has said anything. Sent from my...

    Champions League 2013/2014

The problem for us would be if Ribery doesn't get you, Robben will. We simply don't have the full backs or the defence to survive those 2. Sent from my GT-I9300 using Tapatalk 2

    Alex Song

^^Same here, he's a very good player who deserves to be a starter but sadly we can't afford him that. He should move on ASAP but then he'll probably come back to haunt us at some point. Sent from my GT-I9300 using Tapatalk 2

    Arsenal

Flamini was awesome as the enforcer to Fabregas before leaving for Milan on a free I think. Kind of why I wouldn't mind Mascherano playing that role against a Bayern or Madrid. Anyway, he seems to be back where he left off but why on earth was he so average for Milan? Come to think of it why...

    Cesc Fàbregas

Perhaps you're right but I think mobility and dribbling are crucial for a false 9. Neymar may not have done as well with a packed middle but his ability to dribble would have won him free kicks in dangerous areas. Sent from my GT-I9300 using Tapatalk 2

    Xavi Hernández

I thought he was very poor in possession, constantly exposing us to the counter with his misplaced passes. Sent from my GT-I9300 using Tapatalk 2

    Cesc Fàbregas

Glad he got the winner but it also means more starts as a false no.9 which he simply isn't cut out for. The 20 minutes or so Neymar played there you could clearly see the difference. Sent from my GT-I9300 using Tapatalk 2

    Gerard Piqué

It's hard to say if he had a fine when Sociedad rarely got into our half most of the game. Got caught on the wrong side for their goal but it can happen. Sent from my GT-I9300 using Tapatalk 2

    Martin Montoya

The fact that he at least makes an effort in defence warrants far more playing time than he's been getting. Alves doesn't even bother coming back anymore. I rate this guy, hopefully he gets a good run this season. Sent from my GT-I9300 using Tapatalk 2

    Alex Song

I thought he was very good last night and I'm of the opinion that in the tough away games I'd play him even ahead of Busquets due to his physicality and energy. Sent from my GT-I9300 using Tapatalk 2

    Gerard Piqué

^^^ Yeah very demanding for the other centre back who has to cover your backside every time you get skinned. Sent from my GT-I9300 using Tapatalk 2

    14 - Javier Mascherano

He's comfortably our best defender and a few inches taller or an Ayala-esque leap he would be world class. He's a world class holding midfielder who eats attacking midfielders alive but due to a shortage of defenders was put there. Sent from my GT-I9300 using Tapatalk 2

    Sergio Busquets

Why not? I suppose he can't do much than Pique these days. Sent from my GT-I9300 using Tapatalk 2

    Sergio Busquets

He's very good on the ball with brilliant close control and he reads the game flawlessly. However, its a real cause for concern when we don't have the ball and he's running with an attacker, his lack of pace is exposed. And when we have Usain Bolt Pique playing behind I shudder at the thought...

    Gerard Piqué

I don't think I've ever seen a defender as slow as him and to have a full back at the side of you who doesn't help out is a recipe for disaster. Sent from my GT-I9300 using Tapatalk 2

    Barça's Transfers and Rumors

Wasn't he at fault for some of the goals Chelsea scored the season before? How many Clasicos has he let us down in? Let's be honest, he's fairly good and he's started the season very well but he's not that good and doesn't it tell you something if no club has come in for him even if he's asked...

    Cristian Tello

Tello should be ahead of Pedro, no doubt. Pedro has regressed or found his true level which is not good enough. Tello deserves a good run and he can surely frighten defenders with his speed. Sent from my GT-I9300 using Tapatalk 2

    Cesc Fàbregas

Although he was poor at times last season he was misused quite often too. He simply doesn't have the attributes to play as a false no.9 imo but play him in his Arsenal role and he's a relentless goal creating machine. Sent from my GT-I9300 using Tapatalk 2
