    Varane is one of the few positives to have ever come out of Madrid's horrible transfer policy. Young players can't always be consistent and centre-backs mature late (25-26 years old). He should always be a starter with either Ramos/Pepe/Nacho partnering him.

    Gareth is a good player but in a bad situation. The right player in the wrong place/time. His best position is occupied by Ronaldo and he is considered to be a beneficiary of favoritism by the management. Need to sell Ronaldo and move him to left wing.
