    Hatem Ben Arfa

He's definitely at his best when he has the freedom to innovate but it's a bit complicated. His freedom hurts the team's game. Let's hope he will find creating play enjoyable later on this season. I think the coach might actually interfere and tell him to actually use his talent instead of the...

    Hatem Ben Arfa

Again, Ben Arfa... Dribbles, dribbles, even beating two guys isn't enough. He just keeps the ball and won't let go. One chance, missed. No good passes forward. Dribble dribble dribble. Amazing technique but in the end he makes his own work useless. As you can see, most of time Ben Arfa has the...

    Your Dream barcelona signing.

You can ask me this question in 4 years. Just wait and see. :) I didn't mean we would need him now. Right now, I don't want anyone in our team.

    best bench in the world?

Apparently they sent out Sahin for a season-long loan to Gunners. I wonder what will happen to Kaka now. I think they are trying to lend him to some team as well but I don't know if they will succeed in it. The guy's salary is crazy. Isn't it like 250k?

    best bench in the world?

Actually, most likely Sahin will but Kaka won't. If Mourinho can sell or lend Kaka somewhere, he will do it. Edit: Even without Modric or Lass, place Granero there and it's still by far the world's best bench.

    best bench in the world?

I don't rate our bench very highly. The bench is way too inexperienced. It's alright when you have to use 2-3 sub guys max. If we had to bench vs bench actually quite many teams would probably beat us because individual skill is not really what matters. Better than Madrid's? I hate to say this...

FC Barcelona tickets: questions and info

Any section at Camp Nou is cool. Although the further away you are from the field, you might lose a bit of the atmosphere if that's what you're looking for. However, the further away you are, the easier the game is to follow. I would probably only try to avoid the south end as usually the small...

    Robin van Persie

Someone find one where the player and the ball run/go in same direction and the player shoots a volley. I've seen those but I can't remember if I've seen anyone score one. It's the hardest possible volley to shoot.

Crespo has not retired. At the moment he is without a contract though. However, perhaps the only attacker that never had to look at the goal after getting the ball to his feet. He always found the net even if he was back towards the goal. Nevertheless, not in the Classic players yet because he...

    Hatem Ben Arfa

Actually I would if he played for pretty much any other team in the world. It's Barca's tactic to play a game where only keeping the ball matters. It's the only team in the world that stops their fast counter attacks and still wins most of the games. Simply because they are that good.

I didn't mean circles literally fella. It's irrelevant whether he runs past people when he knows he's going to get fouled or does circles when the option is to start a fast counter attack by passing the ball forward! For example, once he was helping the defense and did an amazing job and finally...

    Robin van Persie

Pfft.. it's only hard when the kick is your first touch to the ball and the ball hasn't hit ground before that. The longer the ball is on air, the harder it is to shoot. That Marco's goal is brilliant though! Pure excellanceeee.. But sadly not even top 50 VOLLEYS.

    Hatem Ben Arfa

No. If that's what they want from him then the coach is an idiot that doesn't realise the guy could do so much more than do circles with the ball for 6 minutes until someone trips him and gets booked. Edit: Besides, of course he's appreciated by his team mates! He single-handedly, alone, scored...

Umph.. I know he's from Northern Ireland. I meant only British (+Irish +Northern Irish) rate George as "the ultimate footballer". So, by obviously British I meant you're probably from one of those islands. ;)

    Hatem Ben Arfa

Ben Arfa has so much to learn. Even his own teammates showed frustration yesterday when he could not just pass the ball. Excellent fishing of the penalty though, and a fine kick as well!! Calmly watched where Friedel was moving. But... seriously he held on to the ball way too much and only...

Considering it's Barca Forum that would make quite a lot more sense than posting Ben Arfa boxing, but whatever... If we posted every players badminton, boxing, tennis and golf practice we wouldn't have much else here you know.
