Dzeko rocked the world in Germany, too, but lost a lot of quality once he left Wolfsburg. We shall see how Lewandowski fares out side of Dortmund - so far none of the players who left the club were in luck.

I think Dortmund are stupid anyways :p I do think that they are not selling him out of principle, to try and regain some power over Bayern after they were shown up both in the post-Euro transfer window and in the league.

I think that Dortmund have agreed for Lewandowski to transfer for Bayern on a free and for them to keep him one more season, giving them time to find a replacement when the market for strikers is not as overheated as this transfer window.

You sure that Barca should play without a goalie and with only 10 men? They are not THAT good :xavi:

Klopp came out last week and said that Lewandowski is going to Bayern next season but staying on this season.

Nope, not at all but I see the defense as the bigger and more in immediate need to be fixed problem of the two :)

Lewandowski is going to Bayern next season, has already been agreed with Dortmund and why would you need a striker more than a CB?

He probably did not take the opponent seriously and thought, sure, why not? :p

I highly doubt that when the stakes are high (important games and not warm-up friendlies which are a joke for Bayern anyways) that Lahm will play DM; I didn't draw my line-up from any what Pep has done before with Bayern, these are just my thoughts. Anyways. He has a great many options, yes...

Hey, I'm just telling it as I see it. I have already been on record saying that I don't understand why Bayern bought Thiago anyways. This is what I can see Pep lining up anways.

Really now? What is Schweinsteiger's position again? I do believe it is in DM where he played beautifully with Martinez and Luiz Gustavo last season in the double pivot. Neuer Lahm - Martinez/Boateng/Dante (two out of three) - Alaba Thiago/Schweinsteiger Robben - Müller - Götze - Ribery...

Schweinsteiger is currently injured and Thiago could make him fight for his place if he really starts off on a belter and dominates. Pep does not strike me as a diplomat much at the moment but rather, like I said before, as someone who knows what he wants to do with the team. Don't get me...

When you make such an incorrect comparison, you should be interested, as you are wrong.

They will object to him because he is replacing one of their beloveds. Imagine a young coming-upper from Bayern transferring to Barca and immediately taking the place of Iniesta or Xavi beside never having proven himself on a consistent basis... Would you be happy about it in the beginning? ;)

    Thiago Translantara

That's what I'm saying ;) The way I see it, Ribery has his place because he is on the left wing but Schweinsteiger, who is injured anyways, might have to fight with Thiago for his place - Martinez will be put in CB if Pep's comments is to be believed which means that either Dante or Boateng...

Well, you compared yourself to an Arsenal-fan which would imply that for Barca, Iniesta, Messi or Xavi or Alba left - neither of them did, but instead a promising talent. I don't see the comparison with Arsenal at all.
