The great performance in the World Cup qualifiers with 9 wins and 1 draw where we scored 22 goals and conceded none. Now I know it’s kinda unfair to judge over that but I feel like there could be some hope we could do something more respectable than the disastrous performance in the previous AFCON.- RedxMAK

2 times we lost a crucial player in our league title winning line up and we pay the price significantly in the next season. Dembele after 2022-23 who was arguably the best player in the Xavi era and Inigo after 2024-25 who was the best defender in the Flick domestic treble season.- RedxMAK

I agree, I will put let’s say 80% of the blame on the players for their complacency and overconfidence. And the other on Flick for not being pragmatic when games are very hard to add a goal in like Inter 24/25 and PSG this season late on.
