    Liga Round 16: Barca - Girona 2-4

Disasterclass. Defence has been getting carved up. Midfield is invisible. There was some signs of life between Girona's 1st and Barca's equalizer, but terrible play since then.

    9 - Robert Lewandowski

Hope Vitor Roque comes in and takes the starting spot, and gets Lewandowski to consider moving to the Middle East in the summer. Get his wages off the books and maybe a decent transfer fee.

    Ousmane Dembélé

It was good to rip the band-aid off. He was a good useful player for the club in the last year or so, but not reliable enough particularly in bigger games. Had to move on from a player like him eventually if the club wants to return to being the best in the world

    İlkay Gündoğan

Ran the midfield today, but some occasional turnovers with his passes.

    Xavi Hernández

Need Vitor Roque in January. He is the real savior. Anemic offence right now.

    10 - Lamine Yamal

He should have slowed down for his teammates.

    11 - Raphinha

Like Ferran, 55 mil spent for an average bench player.

    23 - Jules Kounde

Eric Garcia type game. Still a solid signing, held down the fort at the RB position last year. But I suppose Barca could, maybe get better value at the CB position.

    4 - Ronald McDonald Araújo

That first goal wasn't only on Araujo. The entire defence was caught out of position. Seems like he was covering the other player in the middle behind the ball carrier.

    1 - Marc-Andre ter Ansplant

S Screenshot does not capture the swerving movement nor the power of the shot. Insufficient evidence.

    İlkay Gündoğan

Gundo is right. Xavi has created a locker room culture of well-behaved choir boys who are just happy to be here, likely importing the culture from La Masia. Plus Xavi is a master of excuses and enables his players to think they only lost because of an external reason. Team needs to show more...

    1 - Marc-Andre ter Ansplant

Name a better keeper. You can't.
  13. S

    Xavi Hernández

They signed Raphi, but he's been ranging somewhere from a dud of a signing to an okay signing.
  14. S

    Oriol Romeu

I am of the same mind. The younglings do some things well, but have some facets of the game they have to improve in. Not every phase of the game is going to suit their skillset.
  15. S

    Jude Bellingham

I hate him. Must be nearing the end of the world if England has a clutch player like him.
  16. S

    3 - Alejandro Balde

    I concur.
  17. S

    Iñigo Martínez

Solid game. A little lacking in height, but a good option as a #4 CB.
  18. S

    1 - Marc-Andre ter Ansplant

Back to the usual of blaming Ter Stegen. By far the best keeper in the world. Both goals were ones where keeper had little chance.
  19. S

    2 - João Cancelo

He can be electric going forward. I'll take him with all his flaws considering what Barca had to put up with at the RB position for the past 7 years.

    6 - Gavi

Probably needed to be subbed off. His intensity likely drains too much from him. But had a good 1st half.
