    Damn, rib injuries hurt a whole shit load... I had a badly bruised rib a couple months ago playing football and it is still sore when touched or when I lay on my back.

    Since football is leaning, like BBZ often mentions, towards the need of having strong/physical players WITH technique mixed in the team, and since we have players like Rakitic, Vidal and previously Keita/Paulinho (who were all purchased in their 20s/30s) I can understand trying to find players...

    It is a tough spot because the best chance for us to be successful is for Suarez to hit top form, so you play him and hope he hits a good run... but that just hasn't been happening.

    I agree with you 100% I never said I wanted Pogba, I am just laughing at the irony throughout the threads on this site. He is a great player, not sure he is suited for Barca. Coutinho/Dembele is a move in the right direction for us. I think someone like Firmino replacing Suarez would be a huge...

    100% and this is what a lot of people are misunderstanding. People were screaming for a 'controller' and we got one, and now those same people are losing their shit after 1 game with a lethargic bunch playing their first game of the season against a team that has already played 6 games already...

    It is funny that in other threads people are complaining about our play being too slow and predictable, yet bringing someone in of enormous quality who likes to play quicker is a problem... we don't even know what we want anymore.
