    It seems like people try to claim stats don't matter just to convince people they are right.     Jeez some of the bias against him is unreal. The player who carries the deciding match always gets highlighted, and if it had been Nani yesterday, he would get all the praise. Of course this is even more the case with players like Messi and Ronaldo, who are expected to step up in those matches...

    Well England is basically a free pass to the quarters, and once they get there, they wouldn't expect to move forward in any case. True, but it didn't even cross my mind that they would lose, was so focused on Belgium/Sweden.. Feels sour after the Czech win :/
