    My only concerns going into the new season is our lack of preparation, we've played only weak teams this pre-season except the Napoli and I don't know how far our guys are prepared.

    Deulofeu really has to improve on his attitude and work rate, I've seen so many players who were incredibly talented, but never took their game to the next level because of poor attitude and work rate, for example Quaresma,Nani,Ben Harfa.
