    Adriano Correia Claro

If he gets more time on the pitch I think he will be a valuable asset for us. Watching some highlights from the 2011/12 season so far I've seen him do some very good stuff. I'm not sure he is in our best 11 but probably our 2nd choice RB/LB and winger. With squad rotation though he should get a...

    Gerard Piqué

I think he'll start against Racing, and probably play out the 90. He was immense for us last season and I see him continuing that this season!

    Jose Mourinho

Probably already been mentioned in this thread (sorry havent had a chance to read) but I've now seen him on the recent Braun commercials for men shaving. I will never be buying a Braun product again :p :p

2011 CL Final: FC Barcelona - Manchester United FC 3-1 - Champions!

Got a HD version of the game and watched it again, the first half was immense and a great contest, although we had the ball for most of the time. The second half was amazing from Barca!

    Ronaldinho

Did anyone watch him play for Brazil the other day? I only read reports which gave mixed feedback from his return to the national side.

Who will play most minutes this season?

Hard to argue against Xavi, he is a fitness machine and even with his age, he probably doesn't want to slow down when the team is winning.

    Xavi Hernández

I got the indication that it was a niggle and more precautionary. The game was over when he was subbed (I think) and therefore with all that depth Spain got, just subbed him off. At least that's what I'm expecting... otherwise VdB ..

    Jordi Alba

Hopefully when Abidal hangs up the boots :p. Looked good in the Scotland game and he is young so time is on his side to perhaps take his game further.

    Mario Gomez

He is in a rich vein of form and his goal ratio is pretty close or more than 1 per game I think this season. I think he is a natural finisher and probably the best out and out striker in the world today (if we discount Messi and Ronaldo as pure strikers), ahead of Cavani, Hulk, Falcao, etc.

    Bojan Krkić

Well that's good news because those "quotes" that the other article published was rubbish. I simply can't understand how you can quote someone that didn't say those words. I understand people can infer or make wild connections, but a quote is a quote. Idiots some of these journalists. I also...

    Jose Mourinho

Quotes from an recent interview RE the Supercopa events: "Football is all about emotions and sometimes you'll get provoked. There are moments when you don't react to provocations and sometimes you do," Mourinho was quoted as saying by Hurriyet. "The situation at Camp Nou was one where we got...

Just read it... here are a few quotes from the interview I read: "If Guardiola calls me now I would not go back to Barcelona," the youngster told TV3. "I spent a long time without speaking to Guardiola. I could not find the right words when I used to see him. "I do not think I got what I...

    Andrés Iniesta

Welcome back to the Don!!! I really cant wait to see him out on the pitch again and hope for the remainder of the season to be injury free.

    14 - Javier Mascherano

Quote from an article that I was reading: ""We have recovered important players like Carles and Pique. It's logical that they will play as they are the best central defensive partnership in the world," he said" What a great team member - Whether he is in the best 11 or not, he is great to have...

Iniesta the next big name back after Pique. Puyol back, Pique back, Iniesta back and Sanchez after... All while fingers are crossed for no injuries! Come on PTC's!!

    Jack Wilshere

He's one of my favorite players outside Barca of recent times anyway and I agree he is overrated but he has the potential to be a top 10 world player over the next 3-4 years, which would be a remarkable achievement. However I wish him a speedy recovery for what seems to be 5 months?!

    10 - Lionel Messi - v1

Well Messi just sits outside the top 5 of all time scorers in the UCL (counting from early 90s onwards with new format). A healthy UCL campaign will easily see him past 40 (his on 37 I believe). Except those in the top 5 (Raul, RVN, Henry, Schev and Inzaghi) have all player approx 90-100 games...

    Eric Abidal

I think he has still got his pace for his age is fantastic!
