I won't go as far as to see no faults in his game. His positional sense is a bit shaky, but as as a fan I must admit that I really love the hunger this guy exhibits. I hope he continues to play with the same passion.

    Bundesliga 2013/2014

The current Barca quad has 17 out of 25 players from La Masia and only two players( Alves, Adriano) are from a domestic rival. And certainly Sevilla is not our fiercest rival+main competitor for the title. Anyway, every club has its unique identity and you should embrace the identity of your...

He already left Dortmund once as a youngster.

I like Pep very much. I like Thiago very much and I am indifferent towards Sammer. Yet this picture make me want to eat my eyes.

    Francesc "Tito" Vilanova

Pep actually implied that he was a good friend that supported Tito during his time of illness in New York, while Tito clearly felt differently. I think he had every right to say that Pep actually visited him only once.

I think it has something to do with his cancer treatment. That is why he was wearing a scarf until May. I am not sure though.

    Tito responds to Guardiola's claims

Thank you for your contribution to this thread.

So Tito used his own illness, threw a 30 year friendship in the garbage bin, because Rosell told him so? Just a lucky guess, but I think that you also believe in conspiracy theories.

    Francesc "Tito" Vilanova

The funny thing is that I see a lot of generally sensible posters that dislike Rosell/like Laporta to automatically idolize Pep like some kind of deity. Like you cannot disagree with Rosell, but also think that Pep's attitude towards Barcelona and now Tito was somehow below par.

Why are trying to distort what I said? Firstly, I never said that they are best friends for ever. Secondly, look no further than today's press conference to see that Tito refers to Pep as a friend.

Did they actually said that now or you are referring to their old statements?

    Tito responds to Guardiola's claims

If Pep spent 1 hour every day to visit Tiito he would still have 23 hours to be with his family. Also, according to my personal moral values: friend in a foreign country trying to overcome a very serious illness>happy family seeing New York's touristic attractions.

They have said numerous times that they are friends, actually.

    Tito responds to Guardiola's claims

I wonder what Pep is going to say about this. He acted like he had a moral high ground, when his friend-journalist asked him the question about the Santos president and I was personally convinced by his answers, but now Tito is making him look like a fool.

Especially since Pep was just having vacations, casually learning English or German. He basically had tons of free time.

    Tito responds to Guardiola's claims

Are you for real? Imagine that one of your best friends is having cancer treatment in a foreign country, all alone and you are having vacations. Would you visit him only once in months? Is this the way you would treat a friend or are you just a Pep fanboy, trying to justify everything he does?
