    Would it make sense to merge the Gold Cup and Copa America at some point? You would avoid the ridiculous group stage for Copa America, bring in lots of TV revenue from the USA and Mexico, and give the North American teams good competition in a tournament worth winning.

    Henderson is an awful penalty taker. He missed one at the World Cup and missed another in the warm-up games. I think he's only ever scored one in his entire career. He said he just picked the players that took the best penalties in training.
