Liverpool doesn't have the money to pay Mbappe 35-40M a year, as he wants. Plus a hefty sign on bonus. Sure they can pay 80M for a player that they deem is worth it. But they won't pay huge salaries. They are not oil club and don't have the revenue to compete at that level.- malvolio
