    14 - Marcus Rashford

I have already debunked that season. 10 of his 17 league goals in 10 games from Jan to Mar. Burst of scoring form. The fans wanted him dropped before the World Cup and he cooled off towards the end of the season. It was the definition of a purple patch of scoring, as has been proved by him...

    14 - Marcus Rashford

And I agree with you. Seems you think I am saying he is a bum, and I think you're saying he is a superstar. When the truth is we both meet somewhere in the middle of decently talented, but no world beater.

Season higlights reels are the same. And in his case it would be one main season from 10 anyway. Like I said, I am not doubting he has some ability. But you are deluding yourself into thinking he's extremely talented based on highlights videos, which is rookie football fan number 1 mistake...

    14 - Marcus Rashford

In places that is a joke of a video. Practically everything from 23 to 45 seconds is him giving the ball away or fucking it up and losing it.

    14 - Marcus Rashford

I have also seen him many many times struggle to control the ball, or fuck up a pass, or shoot out of the stadium. I watch full 90 mins of him over a decade, not one game against PSG. You are posting very select moments to try to prove he is a superstar. I am refusing to buy it. Like I said you...

    14 - Marcus Rashford

Lik Like I said, he has a degree of ability. But for the millionth time, you can post untalented players (not saying he is untalented, but you get my point) doing this on the odd time against great teams too. And tbh, some of the plays in that video aren't even that impressive. Loses the ball a...

Greenwood was a much bigger talent than both, for me. He's just a waster of a human being.

    14 - Marcus Rashford

He has some degree of talent (I think a lot of people overrate his natural ability though). There's a potential upside but a lot of risks too. People should not be blind to how it could go pear-shaped (I outlined some of the reasons earlier). I hope it won't though.

Elanga is a simply ok player who had a better season than his real ability (and even then, it wasn't amazing). In my opinion. He might improve at Newcastle, because they have got more out of Gordon than I expected them to, but I still believe 60 million Euros for him is a lot.

    14 - Marcus Rashford

Is it really 270 grand a week (as UK we think salary weekly, not yearly). That's too much for him imo. Less than United were paying him but Barca really should only be paying about 100 grand a week given the baggage he comes with. But obviously that was pie in the sky.

    14 - Marcus Rashford

I won't talk about the financial aspects, just him as a player. Positives: 1) On form he can be a statistical monster, even if it is short bursts and purple patches. If he hits form he can really go through a scoring and assisting run; 2) His passing can be a bit better than people claim at...

    Manchester United

Indeed. Said it before that they are finished as a club.

    Manchester United

Not a United fan, hate them. Just found it funny even if it is a friendly. I also think he will prove to be less of a disaster for them than Amorim will.

    Petrinha's Barca

Thanks for the heartfelt response. I am sorry she isn't around still. Amazing to think she'd be nearly 50 now. Probably married with kids (if she was single and no kids when she died) :( It sounds like you shared a deep connection indeed and she impacted your life greatly.

'Erik ten Hag endured a nightmare start to life as Bayer Leverkusen manager as his side lost 5-1 to Flamengo U20s.'          Even named a strong side, lol...

@Don Juan Laporta Estruch Here's an example of how extremely bitter and deluded United fans are about Barca, and their inferiority complex. Sooo much wrong with this trainwreck of a post, but this guy is an awful Redcafe poster in general (simonhch). The guy even brags about closing massive...

Lionel "The Greatest of All Time" Messi V2

Second goal is fantastic. However, the Messi assist is the pick there for me. That sort of vision isn't normal for a footballer. Bear in mind he's on a flat pitch and doesn't have the slightly elevated and the wider view we have to spot Alba. He's also doing it at speed and so quickly...

    Diego Maradona

Second part. Imagine hitting the post 5 times in a row, especially from that angle. I am sure this video has been posted here before, but not with Zidane being mesmerised by it. And he was much closer to the goal, central and just doing wee slow volleys. Diego was smashing at power, lol. ' is...

    Diego Maradona

Found these on Redcafe. Even Zidane looks silly trying to do genius Diego things.
