    They best not sell him for anything under £40m. I'm starting to think Cesc wants to go to Man Utd, because why would Utd keep bidding if there was no chance? To lose Thiago, Villa and Cesc in the same window is poor, especially if we don't replace them.

    I think Barcelona need a world class centre-back. They can't go through the season with signing someone like Rami for instance; I'm sure Rami would be a decent signing, but he wouldn't fix the problems that appear in the defence.

    I heard it's 50% of the profits and not the transfer fee. So if it's £35m bid, then Arsenal will get about £5m of it. I'm not sure though.
