Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying he would be sacked or anything, he's doing a good job and I hope they win the EL. But with the talent they have right now, which is DEFINITELY the best they've had in a very very long time. A more ambitious manager could have them pushing harder.- jamrock

Good points. The issue with flick is more than he doesn't know how to adjust late in the game when his team has a 1 or 2 goal advantage. Liverpool and inter will shut it down or control possession. Flick will keep going for another goal, and leave the team exposed.- jamrock
