    I think he clips the underneath of his trailing foot, but a split second after Di Maria has already scuffed his shot.. I think that's why the ref and linesman didn't see it. But i'm with you.... I don't care lol.

    Deserves it. Trying Gomes in his place was a massive fail. The club still need to be ruthless imo and sell Gomes and bring another midfielder in though.

    Not particularly. Xavi always started pretty deep. And we currently can't get the ball out of the defence into midfield, we just pass it sideways... If you watch Gomes playing for Valencia he was box to box, I just don't feel a box to box midfielder works.. teams either park the bus or press...

    Like Gomes was at Valencia? :lol: I think the last thing we need is a box to box midfielder. We need a deep playing midfielder who can control the game and make those risky passes forward.. Xavi/Verratti/Modric type.
