Lionel "The Greatest of All Time" Messi

"Catalan investigative journalist" my ass. Post the source you imbecile! They used that fancy data analytics stuff and all they could come up with were Coutinho and Dembele?! Did they get the free version?

    Adama Traore

That's the agreed transfer fee, if we want to make the move permanent. Sure, they can swap Trincao for Adama, but in my opinion I don't think there is much to gain from a sporting perspective and Trincao could be sold for money or included in another deal, this summer. From what Laporta said in...

    Suarez vs Benzema

Suarez. Club level and international level. Benzema didn't go to Atletico and win the title as main goalscorer with them. Suarez conquered Dutch league, English Premier League and La Liga(when Messi, Benzema and CR were in their prime).

Lionel "The Greatest of All Time" Messi

Argentina are also poorer on an individual level, when compared to the squad that reached the final in Brazil for example. They are not outstanding by any means. What makes them good right now is the cohesion and chemistry in the squad. They seem to grind out results and are in-form for quite...

Lionel "The Greatest of All Time" Messi

Who said anything about Argentina? Was talking about Italy. Did I compare them or something?

Lionel "The Greatest of All Time" Messi

Italy is shit, compared to what players they had in the past. Aside from Chiesa's rise to fame, they got Donnaruma and Veratti. The rest are mediocre and don't play for elite clubs. They can still grind out results through determination, but overall quality is lacking.

Lionel "The Greatest of All Time" Messi

Did I open the champagne or something? Just said he had a good game, more of a warm-up since he missed the Monaco game. Usual trolls at it again, like people in here were in awe of Messi beating Venezuela. Stick to your bum who can't convert tap-ins against Turkey lads.

Barca and Spotify sign stadium and shirt deal

Probably got us this deal also. Laporta didn't have any idea about Spotify and what services they provide.

    4 - Ronald McDonald Araújo

For all the talk in here about how this club gave massive salaries to players in the past, Barca never really showered youngsters from the academy with money. And won't start now with likes of Araujo, who looks good but not a generational talent.

    Franck Kessie

The highlights include everything he did right(kind of) the whole match. The rest where poor passes and running around aimlessly with the speed of drunken sloth. https://youtu.be/34lFG99PRi4

Lionel "The Greatest of All Time" Messi

Good warm-up from Messi. Too bad Lautaro was out with Covid-19 as that would've meant 1-2 assists for Messi. https://youtu.be/Xyk_Zy7_YP8

    Franck Kessie

45 mil my ass. nobody would have payed anything close to that. i will be very surprised if he doesn't flop here. he was terrible tonight.

    Franck Kessie

I'm more impressed with Seri or Sangare. At least those two look mobile and athletic. Burger boy Kessie can't even pass into space. Was Xavi drunk when scouting him?

    Kylian Muppet

Even 2012 Chelsea had some legendary stars - Cech, Terry, Lampard, Drogba etc And they were a very good team in CL for a couple of seasons before winning it.

    Kylian Muppet

Exactly, many fools are going the 'team is bigger than individuals' route. Forgetting that every team has stars, just not stars like prime Messi or CR.

    Franck Kessie

Alright, I've seen enough of this Kessie guy. Barely touched the ball, looks like he came from a burgers eating contest and slower(with/without the ball) than anything we have right now. We are idiots to pay 6.5 mil a season for him.

    Franck Kessie

Well, we were close in signing him but board changed their minds.

    Franck Kessie

This cat ain't a DMC. Plays more like a Paulinho or Vidal. Also looks a bit heavy and sluggish.

    Philippe Coutinho

Question was not about our decision to sell. He asked if Suarez really improve after leaving us. He was always a +15 goals a season striker, as long as his body held up. So it wasn't a case of him improving or regressing. This season his body just gave up on him.
