Well schooled but not very talented. Could be an asset but 55m seems a bit desperate.

    8 - Pedri

Doubt his fitness will improve significantly. He's been like this since he first came and he trains as much as the rest of our players none of whom have the same issues. Has to be some endurance defect particular to him.

    10 - Lamine Yamal

Must be over 1.80 now? Very impressive how that growth spurt hasn't thrown his game at all. He has just naturally grown into it. I feel like will be his own type of player. Can't think of any good comparisons.

    Nico Williams

Why do black kids from the netherlands have these extravagant americanized names? Memphis, Virgil, Denzel, Cody, Quincy, Crysencio Summerville. Looked through the youth nt's and saw Ezechiel, Jayden, Precious, Jesse, Don-Angelo, Jaygo, Austyn, Eternal.

    Barca Transfers and Rumors

You want to buy a player that's not good enough to start for Everton, to play as a Barca pivot?

    17 - Marc Casadó

His long passing is very impressive. A bit too nonchalant in possession.

    Barca Transfers and Rumors

I think he can play DM. Got the profile for it at least.

    22 - Marc Bernal

Sorry but Bernal moves like a wet cloth next to a player like Ruiz. There is a glaring difference in athleticism and if we keep ignoring this we will continue to get emasculated against other top midfields. There is big difference between having players like, say Modric or Xavi Simons or Fede...

    22 - Marc Bernal

Still a bit skeptical about his athleticism but have to admit he does have that natural football IQ that makes him stand out. The only one I've seen who might actually be comparable to Busquets in that regard. Should probably hold on to him.

    8 - Pedri

I agree, but do we have any better candidates for the 10 position? Unless he wants to try either Raphinha or Yamal and they happen to work out, I still don't see anyone better suited than Pedri.

    Hans-Dieter Flick

And they did. I was never the biggest Xavi fan, but I will give him this. We're still not the most intense side in European football, but we are in MUCH better shape than we were before him.

    8 - Pedri

Compared to Wirtz, Foden, Bellingham, Odegaard, even Cole Palmer atm, Pedri is not a serious profile. Maybe he could be, but it requires figuring out how to translate his skillset into a more concrete value, and then adding that difference game after game over at least a season. Then we can...

    Let's talk about Xavi's replacement (2024)

I can't pretend to know how good a manager Flick actually is, but something I have been wanting for so long is to see our wingers released from the sideline, which I'm guessing would be his first order of business. I want to see Yamal drift inside and I also think players like Pedri and Lewa...

FC Barcelona: Win of the youth system

Been spending a lot of time at work watching these La Masia youtube comps. I like this guy Juan Hernandez a lot. 16 year old AM. Has a nice grace to him.

    Let's talk about Xavi's replacement (2024)

I also like his piercing eyes and erect stature.

    Let's talk about Xavi's replacement (2024)

He is very tanned for a German.

    Barca Transfers and Rumors

    Javi Guerra would be interesting.
  18. BusiTheKing

    Xavi Hernández

Laporta drawing things out until he knows whether Tuchel or Flick are down?
  19. BusiTheKing

    10 - Lamine Yamal

My take is that if we're ruining him in any way, it's by depriving him of creative companions. Messi developed into the player he did by having Alves, Xavi, Iniesta, Ronaldinho to play off of. Not only does Yamal not have that sort of quality to play off of, he has no-one around him to...

    Vitor Roque

He has no instinct of his surroundings or how to move with the ball. Doubt he'll ever suceed at any level of European football.
