Not only that, Arbeloa is now speaking out that he'd probably go to you guys, and de la Red wants a Spanish player in the team.

You guys gotta consider that Valdano really doesn't want to play any of the youth players, right? Would the age group of de la Red and Negredo be included in his words? What about Javi Garcia <_<

    What position do you play?

Another thing to know is that American kiddy coaches don't teach DM. Only Striker, CM, and DF.

    What position do you play?

There should be an option for benchwarmer and "Random position the coach gives you." Coaching is horrible in my area of the US. The biggest college (which is Division II) in my area bench the smart, good players and starts physically built, tall, FAST (ESPECIALLY FAST) players...

Yes. The Dutch. They were a major problem last year. They won't be a problem this year. Calderon made some horrible decisions by buying them. <_< Not that I'm racist or anything, but the Spanish influence was lacking the past years. Look at Liverpool. They will never win the EPL until they...

    Real Madrid (old thread)

Parejo will do well in Madrid as long as the staff place trust in their youth. They haven't shown it yet. I don't think Madrid will trust in them until the previous political party comes back into power. Your thoughts, Beast?

    Rubén Rochina

No doubt that Rochina will be promoted.

Here's what I think happened last year regarding Javi Garcia. IMO, he is the missing link btwn RM's Defense and midfield. He didn't play well because of the groupies outside of football. Mainly here was the Castilla group he was in, the Guti-Raul-Salgado group (I'd think that they'd be part of...

    Robinho

I hope Robinho dies. He'd be horrible for our team.

Icardi is from Argentina right? I hear he's a target-striker.

    Rijkaard or Guardiola?

Based on what I've seen, Johann Cruyff built the team. Rijkaard was using his system word-for-word. But, Pep is using a different but similar system to Cruyff. Same formation but with the Catalonian flair (or is it flare?). Rijkaard had a very liberal team system, while Pep's is much more...

    Marc Muniesa

I actually think he'll be a constant starter actually, nebeer. IMO, he's better than Santon, and we WILL NOT attempt to play Abidal every game. Muniesa will get that spot.

I'd rather see Miguel Torres start instead of Marcelo.

    Real Madrid (old thread)

Maz... Don't forget the scheduling of the CL teams. The EPL worked with the CL schedule, making their teams fresher for those matches. La Liga didn't, and that's why Villareal (their squad died and became thin because everyone was tired; Arsenal almost lost) and Atletico crashed. None of the RM...

    Real Madrid (old thread)

Probably not... They should've at least make him backup if that was the case. They have trouble keeping their youth because the staff doesn't trust them. Look at Mata. They would've had a place for him if they didn't buy Drenthe and Marcelo. Oops.

    Ronaldinho 05/06 vs messi 08/09

Why should Messi win by default when we're comparing the player's seasons and not the age? The silverware is something to argue about, but the age is irrelevant since we're only speaking about their form in a certain season (redundancy is redundant). I still stand by Ronnie, but we'll see MUCH...

    Real Madrid (old thread)

What Man City should do is establish a core and a long-term plan. Another thing they need is a well-made youth academy just like Barça's. Changing the topic, at LB, M. Torres > Marcelo and Drenthe IMO. Instead of Xabi Alonso, how about Dani Parejo? You guys have to trust your youth players <_<
