Yep, not on the Xavi board yet. I don’t think Qatar experience is very telling of how he will coach Barca. And before someone pulls the smartass argument “well pep didn’t have any experience either”, he coached Barca B and had very good knowledge of the A team players.

He will have more than one option for a loan if he desires more minutes. Real Betis are obsessed with our youth and could see him getting a lot of minutes there. I see Villareal as a good destination for him too.

    Sergio Busquets

He seemed a bit too tired to me today. Just a step slow and not very accurate with the passing. His minutes need to be watched since his position is integral for this 3-5-2

Looks like Benzema will be fit for tomorrow. Huge break for RM.

    Antoine Griezmann

Odd man out. Even the Bein analyst team is saying the same. Just no place to slot him in. Can't play in a 4-3-3- and can't play so well in 3-5-2 hybrid. I can see he is very talented but he just doesn't fit into this system even with 3 different coaches. I think he is still very useful as a...

    Champions League

    a. Getting past PSG means you still probably have to take care of Bayern, City, or Liverpool to get to the final or win the whole thing. Very slim chances of that happening. Give me the league, a massive achievement after all the shit this club has been through.

I am certain Valverde would have picked PSG apart

    Lionel Messi - v7

I must say, I was happy to see Messi so happy after Pique's goal and after the match. It's been rare to see him smiling that much lately. He's had a lot of losses in his career in the past 3-4 years, so I'm hoping we go on and win this trophy at the very least.

    Ronald Koeman

Also important to mention that even Messi was pressing consistently yesterday. You have to have everyone pressing for the 3-5-2. Static 3-5-2 like Setien's just can't work. IMO any static lineup in this day and age can't work

    Sergio Busquets

He had MOTM performances these two games vs Sevilla. Great displays reminding me of prime Busquets. I think that formation is doing him a lot of good.

    Ousmane Dembélé

Came into this thread just to say this. Took the words out of my mouth. I like that he's maturing.

Copa 1/2 Final: FC Barcelona - Sevilla 3-2 (agg)

Indeed. League will be a massive challenge. Only way we win it is if both Madrid’s choke, because no way we are losing/drawing just a few of the remaining matches

    Gerard Piqué

Looked hurt to me. We need to rest him vs Osasuna, reaggravating an injury is always scary for footballers, could end careers.

Copa 1/2 Final: FC Barcelona - Sevilla 3-2 (agg)

Come on guys, huge difference in players between PSG and Sevilla. Also, give me Pochettino any day over Llopetegui
