EL Quarter Final: FC Barcelona - Eintracht Frankfurt 3-4 agg.

Miguenza is too bad but that's not our only issue this game. We need faster passing to get out of the press and more take ons to create space. We are getting pressured to making errors.

La Liga | Round 31: Levante - FC Barcelona 2-3

I would say the first one was not a pen. The others were givable, but were also milked, so when you get to the third penalty as a ref you need to think about overreacting players etc..

    Clément Lenglet

Still delivering match losing penalties at a consistent basis.

    Xavi Hernández

It's been too long without XaviBall. We might me a little rusty after the break.

Lionel "The Greatest of All Time" Messi

Always run the same (jogged) and still got demolished. What you are saying is beyond the point. Running wasn't the difference.

Lionel "The Greatest of All Time" Messi

Don't want to argue Messi's time isn't done, but let's also consider this, before blaming individuals. Busquets, who can never be considered to have reached Messi's level in his career in no way shape or form, but was still a top plauer, was deemed done and dusted from most people for 4+ years...

La Liga | Round 29: Real Madrid - FC Barcelona 0-4

I think for most in the forum and most barca fans in general, this was expected since he retired from active footballing duty. The man is Mr. TikiTaka himself, he was the brain of the best team in the world, so it is only natural he was a good bet to take.

    7 - Ferran Torres

I keep liking him even more each game. He has that football brain imo. He keeps his marker honest, he makes great options to advance / stall the game. Good signing!

    Ousmane Dembélé

The team and Dembele got tired after due to the midweek game. We also lack quality depth at the moment (against top teams, against mid-table we are set). Won't complain about him today.

    Memphis Depay

True, didn't offer anything than uncertainty.

    Xavi Hernández

Get on the hype train or get out.

La Liga | Round 29: Real Madrid - FC Barcelona 0-4

Our defense has improved in terms of tracking back for counters since Xavi arrived. I am not sure about organized attacks, since we mostly have the ball anyway (xaviball ftw). Madrid was good vs PSG, high intensity and really threatening on the break. We will need to stay cool and not get...

    Adama Traore

What a shit show. Uninvolved and timid. Need to bounce back on his next game.

EL Round 16: Galatasaray - Barcelona 1-2 agg.

We missed a couple of sitters to be fair and played calmly on and much Sharper in the second half.
  15. JohnN

    Mavericky Puig

Geat goal! He got bullied off the ball at every second action though.
  16. JohnN

    Ousmane Dembélé

Players who take responsibility for attacks and risks will lose the ball the most, that's to be expected. He just needs to not be too "casual" when not taking risks. He has improved in that regard, but still has lapses of concentration on easy situations. Of Course the game was done yesterday...

    Xavi Hernández

Man, if you can't see Xavi has done an unbelievable job already to put this team back on the map I don't know what to tell you.
  18. JohnN

    8 - Pedri

    Jizzworhty on touch through ball.
  19. JohnN

    Memphis Depay

Didn't say he will, but that he could. 0 IQ is just too harsh, he does many smart things on the field. Having the perfect pass every time on a stressful situation isn't always easy. Most of the current professional players have much much higher football IQ than everyone in this forum. It's just...

    Memphis Depay

Many players explode after that age. Not saying he will, but not everyone is Messi or Mbapee who are wc from their teens.
