Our squad is too old and slow - lets replace one of our youngest players with a 30 year old. We have some of the highest wages in Europe - let's replace one of our lowest earning players with a 30 year past it Pjanic on high wages. Can you elaborate on this maybe? So far I think his attitude is head and shoulders above many of our other players. Very professional, only thing I can remember is him stating that we weren't playing well enough and could improve, which was awfully true. -
