    9 - Robert Lewandowski

His output dropped significantly since he joined us because we are not at least twice better than every other la liga team, but Bayern were twice as good as almost any other team from Bundesliga and one of the best sides in the world. Also, missing sitters left and right doesn't help his cause...

Minimum expectation for me should be some solid steps above last season's (which was to win a title): La Liga: Win Copa del Ray: Win CL: Quarter Finals I'd take CL semis over copa del ray win, but can't see us stepping up so much from consecutive group stage exists, and some things take time to...

    Xavi Hernández

It's evident this season that our squad is pretty stacked and miles better than most of la liga. We are winning matches due to player quality difference mostly. We will be competing for LL with Real without much hustle. CL and matches against the top 4 in league is the benchmark for Xavi.

Still would prefer a younger, faster, better at interplay and more energetic striker. As long as he can bring the clutch goals in important matches, we should be ok with him.

Issue with barca coaches is that our standards are astronomically high. in order to be considered a great coach here, you need to bring domestic and European titles, while also dominating every opponent by playing PlayStation football. In any other team, Even if they scrap a champions league...

Won't get too excited just yet. certainly looks to be on much better form than last season. A quality opponent is what we need.

Lionel "The Greatest of All Time" Messi V2

clearly adding 11 minutes without reason and Argentina conceding a goal that leads to penalties was in the script too. The pain is too much, as I said. Some people can't cope with the WC win.

I will attempt (for some reason) to reply normally. Music is an art in any way shape or form. the fact that you enjoy a specific kind instead of another is totally correct and no one is bothered by it. totally subjective matter. the fact that your are musically illiterate and can't appreciate...

Lionel "The Greatest of All Time" Messi V2

Messi already won the trophy that he really wanted. despite that, In WC seasons the best players of the WC usually win. combine that with the best player of all time also being the winner with outstanding performances at 36 and there should be no contest.

No way he can play top flight football for three more years. he already declined significantly. Next season he is out.

Hahahaha... The pain the GOAT has inflicted is monumental!

    Rate Xavi's football.

I would have gone for "bellow expectations" instead of disappointing, if option existed. Barcelona are not played against like Brighton. Opponents give 110% against us every game and we have to be at 100% consistently too to win. Xavi is trying to build a wining team, which is of course the...

He is currently missing his solo / long shot goals. His link up was somewhat better than last match. Easy goals also still missed consistently (offside or not).

    Oriol Romeu

I waited for some time before saying anything about him. To me it feels, he will bring the same exact problems as Busi in CL. Suspect in possession when under pressure. He has of course a working set of lungs, as opposed to Busi, but he can't control the tempo or create like him. Can't say he is...

    10 - Lamine Yamal

This is why he shouldn't be considered a starter at this age. Basing our tactics and relying on 16 year old kids, who will inevitably be inconsistent, is not wise. Better use him in easy home games, or as a late sub if we need inspiration (wild card). Raphinia is not great, but at least he is an...

    10 - Lamine Yamal

He wasn't as adventurous this game, just a couple of take ons and crosses. Almost assisted again of course but far from his last game. Not sure if this was Xavi's instruction, to play safer, or the game was close and tougher.

Him not scoring enough or missing sitters is one thing. His overall play has been lacking since before the WC. which means a honeymoon period when he was good and then the real level as we see it today. the system is not tailored to his strengths.

    11 - Raphinha

with our financial situation it would be fantasy to expect the club to sign top class players for every position. Romeu is a stop gap but we have improved in every other position. The advantage EPL teams have isn't so much on the first 11. it's that they actually have squad depth, a commodity...

    10 - Lamine Yamal

I think he shouldn't be starting over Raphinia. Not that I don't think he has massively more potential than the Brazilian. On the contrary I am excited every time he plays. it's just that we always "burn" our young prodigies by playing them too much, too soon, bloating their ego and burdening...

    Abde Ezzalzouli

Have nothing against him. I just feel better watching mediocre players leave the club. if we could ship Roberto, it would be even better.
