    Real Madrid (old thread)

Hamburg would be a laughing stock in the BL if they agree to this. I mean who would play if RvN leaves? Guerrero is more suspended than on the pitch and Petric is more injured than on the pitch. And as it seems the fans are already at the throat of Hoffmann and Veh and it would really go well...

    Real Madrid (old thread)

Hm, would that mean the end of Marcelo, I mean he can play also more advanced in midfield, but it is already very crowded there.

    Real Madrid (old thread)

Hm, d'accord that neither seems the type to complain but I can think that in regards to the talent that the Argentine NT has Gonzo would prefer to play regulary and to be the number one. I mean rotation sound nice but if you are honest there will be a starting team and then there will subs...

Yeah, but if Llorente comes in the summer what will happen to Gonzo (when he is fit again). I can hardly see Mou playing with 2 strikers so there is just a place for one of them, isn't it?

    Real Madrid (old thread)

So what will happen now? Will they go for Llorente now/in the summer? And if he comes what does that mean for Gonzo? Will he be sold then? I mean it seems to be okay for Benze to be just a benchwarmer (when Gonzo is fit), but I can hardly imagine Gonzo to be content to sit on the bench for...

    Upcoming Talents in Spain

I have a soft spot for Javi Martinez. Would it not be for Busi I would welcome him with open arms in the team. Would be interesting to know if Oscar has Barca quality maybe as a long term replacement for Abidal, but on the other Muniesa can play there and we have Montoya.

    Jose Mourinho

And what really irks me off is the misjudgement that Pep gets every time. With Mou you could get the impression he comes to a club with players from the segunda and makes them champions, I mean at Inter he had Lucio, (captain of brazil NT), Sneijder, Cambiasso and Zanetti, ... Maybe because of...

    Jose Mourinho

I know that Pique always speaks very positive about SAF, so I find it even more strange that SAF valued Evans more. That seems really a strange misperception. Maybe we can say that SAF had a big part in his develpment but Pep more trust in his abilities.

    Jose Mourinho

yeah, but Messi new role as a "false" 9 or even a midfielder is something that started with Pep, under Rijkaard Messi was alway playing on the wing. And Pique was not that much valued under SAF, I mean he prefered Evans !!! and when he came back it was as a backup but then he developed so well...

    Jose Mourinho

He may have made costly errors. But he also brought Pedro and Busquets through. Pique and Messi have developed under Pep with lighting speed, as well as Iniesta and our older players like Puyol and Abidal seem to get better and better every day.

    Jose Mourinho

Like I said I have no problem with Mou as a coach, he is fantastic. But if you hear some people and quite often himself you just wait until he can walk over water. I mean take the CL last year: for a lot of the media (british and in Madrid) Barca is just an overrated team, so why was it such an...

Because it is so much fun to discuss everything from Mous antics, about Peps tactics to Preciados moustache.

    Jose Mourinho

I think the problem is that the focus is so much on short term success that he has no interest in building something which will last. Like I said, I prefer the Barca way.

    Jose Mourinho

The problem with Mou is that after him Porto, Inter and now Chelsea are nothing again. So in the longterm, you can ask yourself what will remain when the dust settles. So I prefer the Barca Way.

    Jose Mourinho

I have no problem with showing emotions, but I have a problem if you have no wish or ability to show other the little bit of respect. What is it with these snide reamarks about Iniesta (not good enough), Pep or Leo, other coaches, refs, and so on. In his press conference after classico he said...

    Real Madrid (old thread)

Hm, but as I see it it is not that Granero is setting the world a light. If he does not make progress that he will not make it, not for Madrid (will only be a backup) and not for the NT. I mean did he have a call up for the NT already?

    Real Madrid (old thread)

For the sake of it I can not understand that you put your faith in Albiol. If I think of the last Classico in Madrid, he is such a liability.

    Real Madrid (old thread)

to loan him out would be an easy option much more riskfree than to integate him in your team that is fore sure but that also shows that Mou has not the talent or will to educate him himself.
  19. Xavi_78

    Real Madrid (old thread)

tThe question is if you not produce good players or if they are not given the chance. For me Canales is one oft the most promising talents. Last smumer during the U21 him and Thiago seemed to be the future. But look know: Thiago is getting more and more minutes in the first time, not only in the...

    Real Madrid (old thread)

The problem for me is the following: you want a team that will last a decade but apart from Chelsea non of Mous teams lasted after he left. They were all falling apart. The main problem on long term for me would be that he seems to have no intention to work with your young canteros or the young...
