    Although Milito scored some very important goals, Sneijder was simply the main man at Inter that year. Besides that he also led the Dutch NT to the finals of the World Cup that year, Milito didn't. If anyone deserved to win that based on prizes won, Sneijder should've gotten it.

    Nah, Cafu was great but not all-time great imo. I'd suggest Best or Charlton, but Van Basten is a very good choice too. My personal favorite is Maldini, but a lot of people rate him less than Baresi...

    Oscar Cardozo would be great. 30yo, so still some years left of fruitful play. His goalscoring record at Benfica is also good and consistent. Guess he would cost a lot of money? EDIT: Looked it up and he has a contract until 2016. That would be very constly, don't see him coming in that case...

    Very glad to see Gio doing so well! After that horrible spell at Tottenham etc, he really developed into a dominant player on the pitch :) EDIT: Would be amazing to see Bojan do the same at some La Liga club. Still sad to see him the way he is now... :(

    Even better than Neymar imo, weren't it for the fact Neymar scored the first and assisted the second. Apart from that, he outclassed every single player on the pitch. Best game I've seen him play so far for Real Madrid.
