It doesnt. And I'm not arguing with the reality really. The fact the title race isnt competetive is not something I think is even worth debating. It cearly isnt. It's just these next level logic reasons some people like to give, that I find myself constantly disagreeing with. The sole reason...

So why does the lack of hostile relation between Liverpool and ManCity not trigger a series of consecutive transfers between each other? Is it maybe because either club is rich enough to fend off interests and renew contracts to never be at low leverage? This has little to do with rivalry. You...

There is no difference. They all do it. Only difference in Germany the hegemony consists of 1 club and in Spain there's 2. From the Point of View of a Sevilla or an Valencia fan there isnt really a difference wether their star player got tapped up by Barca or Madrid. Bottom line for them is...

What club doesnt do that? Barca talked half their personel at some point into tap ups, revolts and transfer requests and whatnot. This is how football works since Bosman, the only ones immune to it are rich clubs that can double wage offers to buy off release clauses or extend contracts before...

Theres no such thing as selling to finance the club. Players that leave from these clubs were either free agents, entered last year of contract or had a release clause triggered. The clubs had little say on the matter.

It's not just "part of it", it's the major fucking reason in football why some clubs can buy everyone without ever having to sell someone, while others cant keep players. This forum has this superweird habit of constantly barcasplaining small teams with like a 5th of Barcas annual budget budget...

It's more to do with the fact that Madrid can afford to pay even the likes of Alaba 20-25m on annual wages, so these players dont push for any move in the first place. PL clubs cant buy from there either. Clubs in Germany can not afford that, hardly comparable, even Bayern struggles at that point.

Whats the difference when they're still in the same league playing 2 games vs each other? I'd say the only reason why Barca cant buy stuff from Real Madrid is because a Real Madrid player doesnt see Barca as an upgrade. From all the other clubs Barca can and does buy.

Wasnt exactly like Valverde and Luis Enrique were free agents either when Barca picked them up.

50+1 either works when everyone has it (and then its a dream). Or it doesnt work when only one has it. That's why Bayern proposed relaxing it. They dont dislike it, they just feel like if noone else does it, it's self harm. But now another league start considering it, and thats when its...

It isnt a win as much as it is the smaller loss. So hopes are that the whole thing at least put up some reform desire to leave the status quo. PL fans for the first time ever discuss 50+1 and there is a government that is seemingly interested in the idea. Which IF correctly introduced is a big...

    European Super League

No breakaway concept from Perez or PL owners which they are adminstering can ever acceptable, regardless how fantastically they planned it. These people do not care about competetive football or the fans. At any point, whatever they suggest or do is never for the good of football, but always for...

Because, according to a few members here, the likes of Barca/Madrid/Atletico giving up on like 50m off their TV deal to share with other clubs is damaging the league. It is more vital that virally watched clubs like Barca get a bigger portion to sign the next Griezmann, than 17 other (I quote...

Yeah that's my impression. Laporta clearly must have signed something because they are listed there and from the announcement it very much sounded like Barcas participation was definite and not pending. Either DonAK is correct and Barca simply signed just a half arse agreement (which makes it...

Explain me something: Laporta joined the Super League, they apparently all got "binding contracts" and are the deadset 12 founders etc. Yet Laporta says "If socios dont vote yes, we wont join." So Barca hasnt actually yet joined the Super League? Has Perez been talking BS? Or is Laporta talking...

Do you agree with the concept of a European Super League?

That phenomen is weird. "Man the EU sucks atm, lets vote for Brexit." "Man Obama was terrible, lets vote Trump" "Man UEFA is correupt, off you pop Perez!" People are often rightfully unhappy with shit going on. So as soon as someone proposes ANY change they jump the bandwagon. Not thinking...

The most underwhelming outcome, if instead of sanctions, bans and reforms the whole outcome of this is that UEFA just bribes the ESL clubs back in.
