My guess is tactical reasoning. Looks like we needed that particular lineup we had out there. Plus he's just coming back from an injury and the pitch was slippery, best not to risk it. But who knows. I can't wait to see him tear Real Madrid to shreds :D- Vapor

When he's on point he is undoubtedly one of our strongest XI. I also thought this was quite a weak performance by him going by his recent standard, but I think that consistency will come with time. Even when he's not 100% he's still valuable, his attack-mindedness is first-class.- Vapor

:worthy: No. I personally only caught the end of the 1st half and the 2nd half. The first half he was stellar, the 2nd half he was comparatively dead, but then again so was the rest of the team so you can't really blame him. -

Perhaps he needs a break from the pressure and a good benching period might allow him to calm down. Just focus on training hard for a couple weeks, be benched for 2-3 games then play and see what happens. Then again that could backfire and the pressure could just build.
