CL Quarter Finals: Roma - Barca (4-4 agg.)

Iniesta calling out the obvious at halftime. Even my amateur ass watching this on tv could have predicted we were going to lose, we were getting run over. How the fuck Valverde stood by and did nothing will forever be a mystery.

    Ernesto Valverde - V1

Yea this motherfucker needs to leave. I will not be watching Barcelona next season if he's still at the helm.

    Samuel Umtiti

He went to shit after renewal talks. Such a shame.

    Ernesto Valverde - V1

Honestly we were all apologetic because of the low expectations coming into the season combined with the fact that we were perfoming well in all the important games. But for the last month or two we expected that little bit extra from Ernesto, for the team to kick in another gear when needed and...

CL Quarter Finals: Roma - Barca (4-4 agg.)

One of the most humiliating Barca losses ever. Because of the lead we had, because of the average quality of the opponent (at least by CL standards) but most importantly because the lack of fighting spirit, desire, heart shown by everyone. This was like getting clubbed repeatedly for 90 mins...

    Ernesto Valverde - V1

Unbelievable. What's sad is that we didn't even have the football to stop Roma running ragged. We couldn't even play an acceptable level of football which is the least you can expect from Barca. So many different options could have been taken to prevent the obvious, but nothing was adjusted, no...

    Ernesto Valverde - V1

Bye. That was absolutely embarassing. We were getting mauled the whole game and this guy did absolutely nothing till it was too late. Biggest dissapointing loss since I've been a Barca fan.

    Luis Suárez

The biggest thing you'd lose by getting rid of him is his character and all out winning mentality. Skills anyone can have, but that type of mentality makes you different. I don't know if griezmann has that.

CL Quarter Finals: Roma - Barca (4-4 agg.)

I would like to see an inspired Liverpool side vs us. It would make for a great football match. Madrid in the Final.

    Nelson Semedo

He needs to start. He's mending his poor offensive contribution by simply being more risky and not being so hesistant on the ball which seems to be more of the reason why he was so uninspiring on the offensive end because he certainly has the ability. Maybe the time off gave him time to...

    10 - Lionel Messi - v5

    I wouldn't count it out.

    Champions League 2017/18

After dominating PSG and Juve on top of being back to back Champions I admit there is an element of fear to this Real Madrid side that can only be met imo by Barca as many have said (With a strong Messi to lead us). They literally beat teams with their mentality and presence. The football is not...

    Champions League 2017/18

Chiellini absolutely shit his pants by just having Ronaldo's presence behind him. That stupid little flick he did created a chain of of actions that basically ended the tie. Can't take away anything from Cristiano's goal, but just goes to show football is a game of details.

    11 - Ousmane Dembélé - V1

You mean the quarter of the season he's played in? lol

    11 - Ousmane Dembélé - V1

He is incredibly immature that's his problem. Makes foolish decisions every game which cost us on the counter or just loses the ball in dangerous spot trying a 1v1 or "crafty" pass. He needs to mature still. A lot. This will recquire patience, which not many fans have in this day and age.

    10 - Lionel Messi - v5

I agree. It certainly was saveable. But this shot by Messi seems to trouble keepers a lot. He beat Neuer at his post with a shot like that in 2015. Low and curling.

    10 - Lionel Messi - v5

From the goalkeepers angle it looked as though Denis was going to receive the ball and then immediately Messi pops up behind the line of sight. It might have given that split second doubt that caused the save to not happen. Who knows.

    Antoine Griezmann

The thing about paulinho is that he isn't really a midfielder (though he may play there). He doesn't have great distribution characterstics, he doesn't have great control or awareness of space. He is like a hybrid of some sort. A very strange player indeed, but by no means useless. He just has...

    11 - Ousmane Dembélé - V1

The only fault with him is that he isn't inclined towards goalscoring very much, just creating. That will certainly improve with time but I reckon he'll never be a prolific scorer.

    Samuel Umtiti

He is just such a natural. This is easy for him, and that's what astonishes me the most. The calm, unhesisitant, resolute way in which he plays. Once you enter the box, it's his territory and I've yet to see anyone outsmart/outmuscle him. Also there's no intimidation factor with him, big names...
