    Antoine Griezmann

I like the swap deal for Saul. Griezmann is a good player but he has never fit our tactics, it's always felt like putting a square peg through a round hole. Saul adds nice midfield depth and has smaller wages. Good deal for us imo.

    Joan Laporta

Chelsea got Tuchel though, a clearly elite level manager. Koeman is okay but nowhere near that level.

    New 2022-2023 Barca kits

This kit is disgusting lol, probably our worst in the last 20 years together with the checkered one.

    Should Barcelona sign Gianluigi Donnarumma?

No, completely unnecessary as we have a great GK already in MaTS and the main reason Donnarumma is leaving Milan is because of his outrageous wage demands. Easy pass.

    Memphis Depay

Laporte would be an insanely good signing, I'd say he's a top 10 CB in the world atm. But we would never be able to afford him sadly

    Spain

I actually think this Spain team looks pretty decent, besides the attack being fairly inexperienced. Also 0 Real Madrid players is always a bonus, so I'll definitely be rooting for them this Euros.

    Gerard Moreno?

    Luis Enrique

Let's goo 0 Real Madrid players in the Euros for Spain lol, now I can safely root for them

    European Super League

https://twitter.com/HagridFCB/status/1384617929589739526 It's all up to our socios, and surely they aren't stupid enough to vote yes for the super league. We're basically out too, let's rejoice.

https://twitter.com/santiovalle/status/1384525078101114880?s=20 The socios are speaking up. Hopefully they stop Laporta from going through with this idiocy.

    European Super League

If it was a collective action of clubs taking away power from corrupt FIFA/UEFA then there would be many more clubs involved, not just the most marketable/richest ones. Many clubs would support an uprising against the corruption that has plagued football for a long time. This, however is just...

    European Super League

But this is going the opposite way of that. Instead of New York Knicks not being able to qualify, these 12 clubs have guaranteed themselves automatic qualification to this super league every season. I agree that the gap in football has been widening already and something needs to change but this...

    European Super League

Yeah, but even then he should be able to understand why this is wrong. I'm no better, I'm not from Barcelona either. But I recognize that the people that actually live in Barcelona and have grown up loving the club generation to generation are the true heart of the club and they can't get...

    European Super League

But the wrong kinds of eyes. What makes you more interested in getting involved with watching a sport, seeing people who are deeply passionate about their team, live and breathe what their club represents or some fans who live thousands of miles away from the team they claim to support, only...

    European Super League

UEFA's proposal also sucks then, but this is so much worse. This is like combating one room being on fire by setting the whole house on fire.
  17. akaranzo

    European Super League

UEFA's proposal is just increasing the number of teams in the CL and making it a league-type system instead of group stage, no? I don't see how that alienates fans. Super league alienates fans by making it an elitist group of ''popular'' teams that earn more revenue from each other and leaving...

    European Super League

This will actually kill the sport. Football has been the greatest sport in the world because of the passionate fans rooted in the love for their club and the game. This will alienate them and instead market to people who have never cared about the sport. It's an absolute disgrace.

    European Super League

So you admit the problem is there and you're okay with it anyway? Absolutely ridiculous. The aim in football should be to lessen the gap between teams, not make it bigger. This makes it a lot bigger and the rich get richer.

    European Super League

They will mean a LOT less. Big teams will play their reserves for league games to rest up for their big super league games, this means less people will watch the league games, which means that the smaller clubs get much less revenue. This actively harms every club that's not part of the big 12.
