Absolutely pathetic from PSG. They've bottled it again. Any player with even a hint of ambition should leave, hope they run dry of all good players this summer.
Time to retire, honestly. From club football at least. It's obvious his passion isn't in it anymore, maybe only with Argentina. If 34 year old Benzema and 36 year old Modric can have such big impacts in games like these still, so should he. He just doesn't care to.
Got in good positions during attacks but his finishing was way off today. But he was probably our best player at the end with 10 men, did super well to hold up the ball and force Atletico to chase and foul him.
He knew Atletico would play worse with 10 men, it was all planned  But for real, what a player, still absolutely bossed it in the game all the way until he got sent off. Stupid foul ofc, but man he's still got it. Amazing to have him back.
He was being trained to be a 9 by Pep, and he was showing good signs there during this season. He's only 21, if he keeps training in that position he'll be an excellent striker but we'll see if Xavi wants him as that or as a winger.
He never will, he's a genuine bot. That post defeated every dumbass argument programmed into his little processor so he's just going to pretend that exchange never happened and move on to spewing more bullshit.
Fantastic reply and explanation, now watch the guy you replied to say nothing about this and then come back with his exact same old arguments in a day or two
Can't believe this is actually happening, it seemed like such a long shot. Let's fucking go, really excited for this. One of the biggest Spanish talents and a great fit for our team.
Wow, this thread really puts into perspective just how short people's memories are  a few months ago Torres was one of the most exciting attacking talents in the world, now suddenly 50m is ''way too much'' for him. He'd be worth every penny if we can by some miracle pull this off.
Okay, fair enough I have no problem calling it Pep's way. I love Pep's style and something akin to that is what I will always want to see from Barca. I will freely admit that.
That's what decent coaches do, great coaches stick to their style and master/tweak it to the point that their team can still achieve success even if every other team has adopted a counter to it. Like Pep, he will always make his team play his style of football and he has shown he can still be...
His philosophy is great - it's exactly what Barca is about. We will always play possession based football, no matter what the current ''meta'' of the football world is. That's what makes us who we are. But the problem with Xavi is his inexperience, I have severe doubts whether he can bring his...
