Our managment is a complete failure, worst by far. We got talents like Messi, Iniesta, Xavi, Neymar.. but its all going to go wasted because our managment, thats the sad truth.

1. Better managment that knows what the club needs and can provide it, and also has more wide sighted views on things, instead of the narrow sighted we have now 2. Some reinforcments, especially true for CB spot. 3. A better gameplay and tactics, more rotations, more pressing, more directness...

We already know our problems and we did not fix them, so this season will be hard to win anything, so im not afraid of anything, if we do manage to win something its going to be a positive suprize, if not it won't be anything unexpected.

The problem is Barca have almost no open games, hence why he is quite useless as our forward/winger.

He didn't lose his pace he is just doing things more slowly and more toughtfully and smarter instead of rushing all the time like he used too. You can't lose pace at 26 for no reason and certainly you can't lose pace by adding muscle mass, look at 100m sprinters. Agility certainly, but not pace...

Why dont we just get I.Martinez if we can't get silva or agger, its a good and fairly cheap option.
