    Trincão

I actually think we are being too harsh on this kid. He still looks like a very raw player. He is nowhere near ready to play against Juve in a decisive CL match.

    Lionel Messi - v7

If speaking just for last season, I would put KDB ahead of him too

This season is finished imo. Should fight for the 4th spot and look forward to next season. An early cl exit might do us good.

    Lionel Messi - v7

There is certainly massive exaggerations from users like BBZ in this forum, but they are rarely said by more than two-three users. You are making it seem like it's a regular occurrence for people to hurl abuse at Messi in this forum.

    Lionel Messi - v7

Other European giants have far surpassed us by being ruthless and offloading their legends when they needed to. Even being a step too slow means the difference between a title and no title. Margins are that slim at the top level.

    Lionel Messi - v7

There is certainly a bias among Catalan fans for the Canterano players. I think it was much easier to offload the 2006 CL team than the current team due to so many of them not being homegrown. The Pep and Lucho teams are a symbol of pride for the city.

    Lionel Messi - v7

Other top European clubs are far more ruthless with their legends than we are. Bayern was like us five-four years ago. They were still riding on Robben and Ribery which got them nowhere in Europe. If you ask me, Barca is the most generous club. Players like Busquets and Luis Suarez should've...

    Lionel Messi - v7

A rebuild doesn't automatically entitle you to trophies and even a top 4 spot. Our rebuild will be a painful one, but I am confident that the youngsters in the current team+ some kids in the B team could make us have enthusiasm again. We can ride it out with them until the club has enough money...

    Lionel Messi - v7

The funny thing about this forum is the 40 year old diehard Messi fans act way more immature than the supposed "kids" of the forum. It's legit impossible to have a mature argument with them. Messi plays one good game this season (not even good by his last season standards) and they're creaming...

How much worse could Araujo-Mingueza be? One legged Vegantiti too?

    CL | Round 6: FC Barcelona - Juventus 0-3

    3-0, 4-0, 8-2, what's next? 10-0?

    Martin Braithwaite

I am saying it's better to have him on the pitch than Griez or Trincao. It is redundant to have both of them with Messi on the pitch. At least MB9 offers something new instead of having a Messi-Wish! version and a Dembele-light

    Ronald Koeman

Just hold coaching tryouts for RK, Setien, and Valverde. Each alternates between one match. The one who gets the most points gets a contract offer. It's the only true way to see who's better.

    Martin Braithwaite

And what exactly did Griezmann or Trincao do? Tactically you are giving a huge break to the other team's defense with no true striker on the pitch. No runs to worry about and no headers from crosses to worry about. The Juve CB's don't have to do shit because all our players are too far from the box.

    Frenkie de Jong

I will be patient but I am willing to bet that both Pedri and Puig will have a higher ceiling for Barca. FDJ is a system player. He would probably do really well in a team where he can have 2 DM's covering him.
  17. Richard.H

    Martin Braithwaite

I said before the match that since he's not starting we won't be scoring any goals or 1 at most. Look what happened? In the modern game you need a striker. Playing with two 10's is shooting yourself in the foot.
  18. Richard.H

    Mavericky Puig

Except Koeman doesn't see it this way. I bet RK thinks he's too short and too skinny much like BBZ.

    Antoine Griezmann

with no club politics this guy would be permabenched and only used as a supersub.
