I agree with some of your points in general.. But personally, I would've liked Boateng to be dropped for certain, I have never rated him tbh.... And Neuer too should've been a substitute and replaced with Ter stegen...Neuer was injured during most of last year and Ter Stegen was outstanding and...

I thought he played really well. Maybe Dembele-Messi-Malcolm or Dembele-Messi-Coutinho may be a better idea than having Suarez starting. But knowing Valverde, once the season begins, it would be Malcolm starting over him, Suarez plays all 90 and Dembele either a 90th min sub or unused sub.
