Well not surprising, the club first needs to get rid of Amigos. Else Xavi would be another spoke while the Amigos do as they please. First there needs to be a plan to rebuild, not a band aid around Messi.

Think the will has to be from the top in general mate.... too many players having too much control has always been our problem so the change has to start from the top ( i.e. board--> get rids of the likes of Pique, Rakitic, Busquets etc.) and finally coach imo... you can change the coach how...

I sometimes wonder if he picks the 11 or Bartro or the players pick themselves and he just presides over the disaster that follows... Absolutely no excuse starting Rakitic and Busquets after years of humiliation in the UCL... and the first half was more like the Valverde master class expected

Pique was not going to be happy with pretty much anyone.. He does whatever he pleases..goes on business trips around the world couple of days before games and what not...Except Valverde, who else puts up with that nonsense? :D

No half decent coach will accept a 6 month contract.. You have to give a long contract and get rid if it doesnt work out..

Better than Valverde till 2022.. Anything is an upgrade over the dull and lifeless football we played...I look forward to watching Barca for a change after a year or so!! Now if he can rid of Rakitic Busquets Pique Suarez and bench a few other seniors by next season, he has me sold !!
