If not Hummels then any good defender like Howedes etc will do Muniesa is too young to be a succesor of Puyol. We cant skip a generation.

The thing is hes not a goalscorer, hes a midfielder. Even when he takes shots most are wayward. He can improve definitely but we should not expect bucket full of goals from him
