Real v Barca: teams of the century

How is that in any way related to what's on the page? Try using your brain once in a while.

    Real Madrid (old thread)

It's simple, really. The best team always wins the domestic league. Same can't be said about the Champions League. Tournaments are not always won by the best team, that's the beauty of it. Was Inter the best team in 2010? Liverpool in 2005? Was Greece the best team in Euro 2004?

    Gabriel Milito

He isn't THAT bad. As long as he doesn't play in important games, I'm fine if he stays.

    Giuseppe Rossi

Why not? I'd prefer old but cheap and experienced players over young, expensive superstars such as Rossi, Pato and Aguero like some people are suggesting. We have plenty of young forwards in la Masia.

    Mario Balotelli

    van Persie, or Balotelli?

    Fernando Torres

    Fernando Torres

    This is very sexually discouraging.

    Giuseppe Rossi

    All of them.

    Giuseppe Rossi

If we consider the crop of young forwards coming through from la Masia it really makes no sense to shell out a large amount of money on someone like Rossi or Pato. I'd much rather we buy someone like Drogba or Kanoute who can provide something extra and not hinder the development of our youth...

    10 - Lionel Messi - v1

The second leg of Copa del Rey semifinals against Almeria, I believe.

Royal Emirates Group Purchases Un-Named La Liga Team

That is indeed outrageous. And technically impossible. For a club that's not even 30 years old, Getafe is already pretty big. I'd say they have plenty of potential to surpass Atletico in terms of success and possibly even challenge the top two. If Milano is big enough for two massive clubs...

    Giuseppe Rossi

Pato is injury prone, inconsistent, and can only play in the center which is permanently occupied by Leo (yes Pato can play on the wing but he's shit there). Also I can't think of a recent example where a player from Italy successfully adapted and played well in Spain, so no. I'm against the...

    Juan Agudelo

He just scored an awesome goal, looks like a great talent.

    Sergio Busquets

He has expressed his opinion, and Caramel has also expressed his opinion that he has no understanding of football. And thanks to the freedom of speech that you speak of, I am allowed to state that I agree with Caramel.

    Real Madrid (old thread)

Jose definitely deserves the credit. Yes he got lucky because tbh I think we had the better chances, but you make your own luck. If Pellegrini were still managing Real Madrid they wouldn't stand a chance.

    Giuseppe Rossi

Wow, unexpected. Not sure if it's a good move. He doesn't really provide anything other than what our forwards already do. Would have preferred someone like Hulk if we were to get anyone.

    Pep Guardiola

I would much rather have Mascherano or Puyol play left back. Maxwell can't neutralize Ronaldo. Valdes Alves - Mascherano - Pique - Puyol Busquets Xavi - Iniesta Pedro - Messi - Villa Or Puyol and Mascherano switching places.
  19. 10Rivaldo

    Pep Guardiola

Double pivot would mean Maxwell would have to play, so no.
  20. 10Rivaldo

    Sergio Busquets

Busquets makes more interceptions and wins more balls during a match than De Jong. But I guess you don't notice it because he doesn't break legs in the process.
