The problem is this cat has nearly always been injured at critical times of the season. Part of being a good player is also being mostly available. It’s hard to rely on a player knowing he will only be in the season for 60-70 % of the time.

Can't work in Barca due to the sense of urgency/fans wanting trophies every season. Young players need time to develop, especially if they're not from La Masia. We are not a mid table club, unless we want to be a Betis/Bilbao/Villareal and experiment a lot.
