Bump.
He was a great player for Celtic and very good at Barca too. Even though his goals broke my heart in the 90s and early 2000s he and (Brian) Laudrup were the two best players I have seen in Scottish football. Followed closely by Moravcik and Gascoigne.
Is Saka close to him?
Seen someone say on Redcafe if Salah leaves Saka would be a good replacement and Liverpool wouldn't notice much of a drop-off (hypothetically speaking as he'd not leave Arsenal).
Personally I think Saka is a very good player but nowhere near Salah, in ability or stats...
Has Trent been dropped or is he carrying something? Slot think Bradley defends better against Mbappe?
Good luck to Raul Asencio, thrown straight into the lion's den at Anfield.
Also, Real bench looks very weak to me.
I think it's safe to say that Barcelona and Liverpool have both been very good for most of the season so far, and that a potential game (s) between them could be very good and competitive, with some tactical quirks and personnel areas suiting one and some suiting the other.
I don't think that...
Yeah the tactical setup seems to suit Liverpool, agree with you and jamrock on that. Though it doesn't always work as it does in theory.
It would still be a very interesting game to watch. I rate Slot highly too.
Would love to see Liverpool play Barca instead of Real Madrid. Unfortunately they won't be able to meet until the knockout round (if they even do) when things could be different for either or both teams.
Barca have had a little wobble in the league in recent weeks, but I still think the two...
Thanks. Yeah I think there could be goals in the big game at Anfield.
I thought that about PSV but they hammered Girona last game. Now obviously Shakhtar could be more competitive but I am gonna back PSV,
I am also tempted to add more goals for Celtic as they tend to be strong at Celtic Park...
True, but fights can be a weird thing too lol.
I don't think he's so neurotic to scratch himself that badly either. Maybe he got them on his head from a bad razor when shaving, it can happen. Very doubtful though with the look of them and placement.
Pep seems unstable, but I don't think he'd actually do all that to himself. Maybe he fought with Haaland or something? Might be something different entirely but you never know.
I think there's probably been a scrap with one of his players. I highly doubt he done that to himself. Either way, joking about self-harm (and I have never self harmed) is not a cool thing to do.
