Low points total actually indicates a better and more competitive league from top to bottom where anyone can beat anyone on their day. The issue with PL this season was that there was no title race. The top 5 race was amazing.

This is considering their entire careers overall, not just LL. I listed them as LL midfielders because they played in the league. This is overall. All things considered.

LL: Zidane Xavi Modric Iniesta Pirlo (Not LL but this is where I'd put him) Kroos Busquets Modric and Iniesta are interchangeable. I went with Modric because he's more complete, versatile and a better defender. Also had better longevity because of this. PL: Gerrard KDB Lampard Scholes
