Not really. Did point out Valverde's positives, but from his previous posts in this thread, rating Valverde as a 7/10 coach - looks pretty reasonable for me. Surely not extreme. Was more about the atmosphere on here than Valverde himself. Not some extensive analysis. More about Setien's tactics...

No denying that at all. And yes, the truth is usually in the middle. But when you look through this thread, starting with the title, you see how detached from reality huge part of our fanbase here really is. It's nowhere near the middle. Extreme end. Which Ursegor pointed out.

Not really. The point is that Valverde doesn't even need all that defending this forum asks for. And that childish stuff like the thread name change speak for themselves, too.

Goes both ways. We were also better back than. Busquets, Xavi, Iniesta, Alves, Neymar later... also think the league has lost some of its quality, but I say Valverde did very well. Nothing like Pep - a unique feat, but a usual quality term.
