    Nicolò Barella

Put it in here too since has now has two threads He's been fantastic for years, as I said to Gazz in my response in the De Jong thread (who is also doing very well right now, incidentally). It doesn't matter to him whether it's Inter or Italy, he does his job well. He works hard, passes well...

He's been fantastic for years, as I said to you in my response in the De Jong thread (who is also doing very well right now, incidentally). It doesn't matter to him whether it's Inter or Italy, he does his job well. He works hard, passes well, is great in tight spaces, has a deceptively good...

    21 - Frenkie de Jong

He's been brilliant for years - one of my favourites

    José Mourinho

Fair points but this is a bit disingenuous lol. Chelsea were never really a serious contender, at best an upper mid-table team. Mourinho came in when Abramovich bankrolled the club, so he had much more money and resources than previous coaches did (though they did spend a good amount in the 90s).

    Manchester United

Also I have been saying this since he first joined United, but some of them persisted and maintained that his distribution is world-class. I don't know what they watch - short range it is fine but anything over 30 yards goes straight to the opposition or out of the park. Think he had a long...

    Ousmane Dembélé

The lad has a lot of talent that he's finally fulfilling (he's always had loads of ability) but he needs to maintain next season annd beyond. One great season isn't enough and can be labelled a purple patch. Personally I think he can maintain a top class level from here. He's clearly a very...

    Europa League

McCoist talks bollocks in my opinion. Whoever it was that beats Propper and is then cleaned out by him (think it was Inaki) is through on goal in the box. Yeah he's going away slightly but he has enough time to bring it round and get a shot away against Kelly. For me it is definitely a red...

    Manchester United

Both teams were a bit languid, though lots of chances in game for both sides. Good to see United concede with the last kick of the game, lol. Onana really is rubbish though, sold both goals.

    Welcome mate.

    Hans-Dieter Flick

Yeah PSG faltered in the league phase. They then had to nagivate the play-off round. They weren't as good pre Xmas but since signing Kvara and since Dembele hit form (as well as the rest of their team) they have peaked at just the right time. That's why they're so dangerous - they're doing well...

He is probably Kolo Muani's too

    Emiliano Martínez 'Dibu'

He seems more a wind up merchant, a piss taker in the football context, than a genuinely bad or cuntish guy. Definitely agree anyone wanking over Mourinho or Ronaldo shouldn't be judging him lol.

    Luis Enrique

    He's above them.

    Same as your age.

    Hans-Dieter Flick

That's a good point. You mean they are more efficient and unlikely to miss (or get) a lot of chances, or to have a catastrophic fuck up defensively, in a big game in the CL. They can eek out a 1-0 in a big game better than other teams.

    Hans-Dieter Flick

PSG have come into form at the right time and as people say have the league wrapped up.

    Hans-Dieter Flick

First in league, final of CDR, virtually in the semis of the CL. With 7/8 weeks left of the season. With such a great position, you have to go for it on all three fronts. The treble is possible, though good points by M3ls, Barcaman and Malvolio too. It's what? 13 games max? With one of those...

La Liga Round 31: Leganes - Barca 0-1

Is it too risky for momentum or even a possible comeback to rest a lot of players in the second leg? Surely they cannot win by four even at home. However, even if you rested a lot of players and Dortmund win, it could kill momentum as I say.
  19. Maradona37

    Emiliano Martínez 'Dibu'

Agree, both extremely high level technical mfs.

    Hans-Dieter Flick

    Fair post, cheers.
