    Sergio Busquets

The story is most likely crap but if it's true then fantastic news. We can't let pep take such a key player for us.

    Martin Montoya

I'm really impressed by him, fits in perfectly and more cautious than alves which is good for us tactically. I won't say he is better defensively than alves because when he actually does go back to cover that area he is good on one vs ones. I'd like him to play more and hopefully sell alves...

    Arsenal

Cazorla isn't even that good. It's just that arsenals midfield is so bad right now he looks great. You could do better, there's so many young talents out there right now.

    Cesc Fàbregas

They no nothing about football do they? Do they even realise Neymar is a left winger and cesc plays in a totally different position? Or do they think that because cesc plays upfront a few times that's his regular position nowadays? Either way moyes and Manchester united are embarrassing themselves.

    Cesc Fàbregas

Good idea, a 4-4-2 diamond, lets cesc play in the number ten, and everyone else in their positions too. Our fullbacks like to attack so width is no problem. Balanced formation too with all roles covered, I like it. Tito is too conservative to try new tactics though, so it won't happen in real life.

    Thiago Silva

I would give the Gerard Piqué, assuming they pay over the odds like they usually do. 30 million plus would do nicely. A win win situation for everyone. We get rid of an overrated player, they get a big name player, and he enjoys his fashion shows in Paris with his celebrity girlfriend. Let's...

    Cesc Fàbregas

Cesc is not a false nine. He does an ok job for Spain though in that position because it's a 4-2-3-1 false nine and not a messi style 4-3-3 false nine, which is more difficult as there isn't three attacking midfielders always running up to support you and you can layoff to them. He should be...

    Tito responds to Guardiola's claims

What was he so busy doing exactly that he couldn't find time to visit? Face the fact that pep is not the perfect guy you think he is.

    Cesc Fàbregas

Messi is no pure striker either. Overall I think it's best to keep 4-3-3. If we bring a centre back, only send one fullback forward at a time and our pressing then the defence is solved. In midfield Xavi needs to be managed so he's fully fit for big matches, and rotation will have to be good...

    Cesc Fàbregas

Ok. Cesc isn't suited to the right at all. Swap him and messi around and it could work. Although our possession would be poor by our standards because there's no room for Xavi in the formation to keep the tempo running. Unless you drop song and play him next to busquets in an alonso role.

    Cesc Fàbregas

I've been wanting to try it for a couple of seasons now. Nobody seemed to care back then, but it allows for possession football while having more defensive cover. The management is too conservative to try it though. I think what's more realistic and overall better solution is for the boys to...

    Francesc "Tito" Vilanova

I love pep but you can't really defend his actions here. Look at all the evidence and he's clearly in the wrong. Don't beleive the other members who think pep is some sort of infallible perfectly logical and moral God.

Transfers and Rumours - old thread

Mascherano was a hatchet man before he came to us to be fair.

    Oliver Torres

I would activate that sooner rather than later. As soon as next season even.
  15. H

    Cesc Fàbregas

Maybe if we used him in a double pivot, but I don't see us doing that. Xavi iniesta and Sergio are the best trio and should be played in the big matches.
  16. H

    Cesc Fàbregas

With song you need to realise that he is absolutely not a tempo kind of player and will not control the game in anyway. He can be good going forward and a surprise factor, he is like a Keita/yaya hybrid. I think it's a great tactical variation and good substitute option, but otherwise keep him...

    Tito responds to Guardiola's claims

Yeah I can tell you right now there won't be any doible digit defeats against Barcelona anytime soon. Maybe they'll beat us easily 4-0, but that's just ridiculous.

    Thiago Translantara

You know peps the guy that bought Ibra for 68milliom plus etoo right? And chygrynsky. And hleb. And Sanchez. Great tactician and motivator but clueless when asking for transfers.

Transfers and Rumours - old thread

He suited to playing a high line as you can see for brazil. He's good enough on the ball for barca and can give the height and aerial strength we don't have with masch. His defensive skills are also not as bad as people make out, he just looks bad in Chelsea's system.
  20. H

    Sergi Roberto

I know song is physical and can go forward but he can't start in that cm spot. Running a game like Xavi is what's needed in that position and song could never do this. He's also the worst of our midfielders at ball control and passing/vision and doesn't really get the system. He's good as back...
