The only way he might stay is if they promise him playingtime and convince him. However it seems Tito actually prefers Xavi playing much more and Thiago being patient making the same amount of minutes as this season.

Yeah thats not going to happen, but it would be best for everyone if they made a clear plan with Thiago as Xavi's succesor with increasing minutes. Its already to late though, I now feel its 95% certain that he will leave.

I get Xavi plating in big games but for the rest it should be 50/50 rotation between them next season. Its a shame guys like Thiago, Montoya, Bartra, Tello barely get minutes while others are overplayed.

I think he is like a mini drogba version, very strong at 5.11 and scoring a lot against the weaker eredivisie teams. I feel he would struggle in epl due to defenders actually being bigger and stronger there, he wants to play for a lot of money though.
