I think a new CB and bringing back the pressing should be enough. I can see Alves/Alba working with a new CB and better pressing.

He usually does well with the right partner, i.e. Puyol or Ramos. Which is why I can think he can be a lot better next season, once we get a new world class CB to pair him with.

He should be loaned again next season IMO, since he needs more playing time.

IF Busquets is not 100% fit. If he is, I'd start Busquets any day. Remember, Busquets wasn't in great form before the Milan game, but he was still amazing in that game. Same goes for Xavi (who was also coming right back from an injury).

Yup. I can understand the hate on players who have been underperforming all season, like Sanchez, Pedro, Pique and Alves (though he has had some great games), but this is getting ridiculous.

I think his poor form lately could be related to the injury. Song is nowhere near as good as a fit Busquets (not downplaying Song's abilities), but I'd definitely start him against Bayern next week over an injured/not fully fit Busquets.

Yup. The more I think about it, the more I think that Silva could be an amazing signing, even if he is 28 and costs around 40m. I do think we should get a wonderkid to be an eventual replacement if we get Silva though, since he's not getting any younger. However, I also think that that can wait...
