Yeah Madrid would run circles around us... like you did last year when we hammered you in your own stadium, or this year in Sansa when you were singing victory already on chat and a 37 year old put 2 past you, you shut up pretty quick then.

Ouch. Though purely on the field is not really my point. Its bigger than that. Like after all this money spent to recapture the glory days - they failed. Feels like it was last chance at the roulette table, they put all they had on red and it came black. Now what? No money left to rebuild yet...

Spain being famously financial transparent as well of course... The day Italia's most read broadsheet carries a headline calling my club a "benefit cheat" - as happened the day after you presented Cristiano, is the day I will be worried. Because thats when you know you have transcended football...

Milan is perfectly sound financially, infact no other major club as adapted to the economic times as well as we have, we were ahead of the game and and benefiting from it now. While your club can't even afford a new striker because you maxed out your Am Ex on shit like Benzema and Kaka' - so...

I tell you what, as talk is cheap, we will wait until the end of the season, and then we will compare trophies ok? ;) Your future isn't great to be honest, saddled with huge debts that your only model for paying was taking on more debt - which you can no longer do. Atleast we got our house in...

Am I the only one that see's the irony in a Madridista refering to another clubs European form in recent years? If you ever make it past the first knock out round you would get a nose bleed from such lofty heights.

    Real Madrid (old thread)

Well over the past 2 years we have played the 2nd best La Liga team and overall got the better of them, so no, that is not correct. Prince is on loan in the same way that Ibra is on loan, its a mechanism to offset payments, a permanent deal is agreed with the player - as you well know. Your...

    Real Madrid (old thread)

Thats like saying Barca are only top because Mourinho fucked up. Fact is they are top because they are better, as are Milan better than Inter, and everyone else in Serie A at this point. Prince is a permanent move as you well know. That Flamini guy is alright in midfield as well, not to mention...

Meh, its no Inzaghi, Ibrahimovic, Pato, Robinho, Cassano though is it? Milan improved alot since Kaka' left, we were able to buy half a new team with the money we got for him. A team which is now top of the league.

Nice to hear he is doing so well, another 60M well spent then? :p And to think you could have used that money to buy a striker that you need... like we did with that money, well 3 actually. ;)

Well Pippo is currently ruled out with a serious muscle tear, but then again when your only other option is Benzema its a tough call which one to play.

Its true we do have quite a few players that have at one time played in Madrid, but they are all playing really rather well for us. On the other hand... how are things going with Ricky Kaka' since he left? I keep looking out for him in Madrid games, but can't seem to see him, did he move on...

He always does that when he has no answer for a Madrid fuck up - attack a totally unrelated club, in this case Milan, its a defensive mechanism. :D

    Real Madrid (old thread)

I guess Milan did it as well, resigning Shevchenko. That turned out well. We learnt a lesson though, and signed strikers that are great for us, not were once great for us. A lesson still to be learnt in Madrid it seems.

No reason to be annoyed by it though. Its sentimentality which never gets teams far. Essentially Real Madrid are going all Liverpool.

    Ruud Van Nistelrooy

You may as well loan Pippo until the summer.

I defended him the season before this when he was excellent for Milan - which he was, but after his WC snub I never did once, as he wasn't, put on weight, insisted on keeping his wage high, and from the summer I said his days were numbered. I've been accurate all along.

I said Dinho was leaving the Jan, I was surprised he even stayed in the summer.
