Well you were considering selling him last season to City when he was essentially pulling a Kaka' and holding you to ransom for very high wages. If you were going to sell him for profit that would have really been the point to do so.

Their owners have money, which is not the same thing. In Getafe case they sold all the best players and made no significant investment. Same with Racing. These clubs don't represent any sort of competitiveness in La Liga.
