No. He's performing as good as Pique or even better (and is obviously younger). He is a world class defender in the making, just needs more playing time and experience. He should start in every game till the end of the season.

Afellay comes from the loan now? I wouldn't sell him this summer and see how he performs. Then sell in winter if needed.

I think everyone sees him as a captain considering his capabilities/skills and that he's the best/one of the best players in the history of football. No need for pushing him to wear the armband as he feels uncomfortable with it.

I think no one was a good side this match. Alba looked good tho. Also Bartra played better than Pique in my opinion. 1 or 2 mistakes but he is not that experienced yet and he's young (considering it was a match against Bayern Munchen - the best team club atm and everyone made mistakes).
