He is a typical la masia midfielder imo. Good with the ball, excellent movement and positioning, good iq, combines well, good with short passing and possession etc, BUT can't shoot, neither inside or outside the box, Especially from outside the box, can't head, physically weak, can't tackle too...

Yeah i agree. I don't think we need to go full 'youth mode', but i'd like to see us pick up some quality young players that can contribute right away. Our scouting really has to improve.

For the next 3-5 years we have to adjust our transfer strategy, especially with the current finances. Dortmund is a perfect example of what we need to be doing when it comes to buying players. Scout and sign quality young players vs signing already proven and expensive players.

Neves can shoot from range, from set pieces, combines well with the players around him and has a good work rate. I think he can grow into a really good player for a top club. He would be a decent buy for us. Wouldn?t be surprised if Klopp raids wolves again for either him or Neto.

Pedro Neto from Wolves is a quality player. I think we were interested in him since his Braga days but the deal didn?t go through. Ruben Neves aswell is good and still relatively young.

I'm more interested in his system, approach, choice of personnel. Does it always work?, No. Kroos, Modric and Benzema are still effective but past their prime sadly. Not being able to replace them is one of the problems for Madrid/Zidane. Edit: Even then, Kroos, Mocric now and even last year...

Give or take the template is what most top teams are using. You don't give them enough credit tbh. Three straight CL titles with that approach. Some luck and Mixed results at times but the system is way more effective than current Barca.
