Doubt he was forced. He figured he could count on these guys for experience not realizing they're bums. Too bad it might cost him his job though. Laporta and the sports department need to move these losers out. Pique, Bob, Busi etc.

He did manage to win some titles but the team started decaying during his time here. Right before he left things started falling apart. Has got worst since.

The system at Athletico is setup perfectly for him. I doubt it would work here, especially with Messi and Greizmann.

We've not been able to win the crucial games. The team crumbles in the games that really mattered most. We won 16 out of 19 games between mid December and late March playing good football. Thats when we re-entered the title race. Even after the clasico loss, we win another three straight...

Really good player. Works hard in midfield, good with ball, can shoot from range.

Xavi would be a breath of fresh air no doubt but there's too many bums on this team for him to make any kind of genuine impact. Huge clearout is needed if he comes. Should be given a fresh slate and quality players to work with, otherwise it would be the same old shit.
